Here you can judge the access. In these videos, I'm filming from the kukulcan to the finish line. It takes me 4 minutes, with only the last 150 meters being dirt road, the rest being asphalt. Note that the beach is only 5 min from where I turn off. In short, it takes less than 10 m to get from the houses to the beach, with only about 150 m of paved road to get there. We're even closer to the center of Tulum.
