Before getting into the details, it’s important to review how an escrow account works—a system designed to secure your payments.

Secure operation
Funds paid for each stage of construction are deposited in a bankescrow account.
These amounts are blocked and can only be released once completion of the corresponding work has been ascertained and validated by an independent third party, appointed and accepted jointly by the builder and the buyer.

This mechanism protects the purchaser throughout the works and ensures that payments are made only in line with the actual progress of the work.
