There are many beams to construct, which is a complex task because they are integrated into the floor slab and must be poured at the same time as the slab. The formwork is therefore complicated because it must serve as beam formwork while also supporting the weight of the joists, decking, and floor reinforcement before and during the pouring of the slab.
