Continuing with the foundations

We're still working on the foundations, which will take another month and a half for the first two houses. It's a long and difficult job, as the good soil is very uneven and it takes a long time for everything to be perfect. We had to create a second temporary concrete production site. It took too much time and energy to transport the concrete from the main site, which was too far away, via a very steep path. So it's taking a long time, but we're making good progress, given the difficulties of the terrain and the extra work required to meet quality standards. Once the foundations are complete, we'll go back to the classic route, with fewer surprises.

Here the temporary concrete production area is being prepared, with aggregates, water, cement and shade for the workers. All that remains is to take the concrete mixer from the main area.

The main production area is almost operational. It still needs to be improved with an automatic aggregate loading system to be installed on the upper platform. You can see Esteban finishing off a small problem on the engine - he really knows how to do everything....
